I started my mentoring with Carolin in November, I’ve always thought that one should seek advice from a person they admire. My Own Transformation
2013
In 2013, I worked as a salaried physiotherapist for well over 40 hours a week and was lucky to earn 1,500 Dollars net. My old Peugeot constantly worried me, as I often had no money for gas or even for repairs.
Alongside my job, I was studying in the hope of earning more in the future. I was a workaholic, spending my weekends in clubs, constantly on edge, and disconnected from my feelings.
I functioned for others without knowing who I really was or what I wanted. My life felt like a constant struggle: my relationship with my body, my relationship at the time, and my work.
Despite this seemingly insignificant life, I felt a deep longing that there had to be more out there for me.
TODAY
Today, in 2024, I am living my dream. My life has completely transformed. I am financially and time-independent, able to choose whether to travel in first class or drive my Porsche or VW T6. I am a mother of two wonderful children and married to my absolute dream man.
Professionally, my husband and I have built two very successful businesses. We sold one of them profitably in the spring of 2023. From the second business, my personal brand „Carolin Kindermann“ emerged—the mentor of mentors. In recent years, I have worked intensively with over 700 people, including successful entrepreneurs, mentors, coaches, trainers, as well as stars and influencers.
Currently, I am on a world tour with my family, working less than half the time I used to, yet earning more than ten times as much. I am not only more successful professionally and financially, but I also feel more attractive, confident, and happier than ever. My life today is full of joy and ease, and I bring this positive energy into the lives of my clients.
I am living the life I once glued to my vision board years ago. I am infinitely grateful for every moment.

My Values
Lightness.
Hard work, fight mode, hustle, overtime, and heaviness are things I know all too well from my own experiences and my family history—so well that I ended up in the hospital multiple times due to stress-related illnesses.
At some point, I decided: Enough is enough! I wanted to know if and how things could be done with ease. Since then, „lightness“ has become one of my three core values.
„How can it be done even more easily?“—This question drives me every day and ensures that my life and the lives of my clients are increasingly filled with lightness.
Growth.
You might remember the advertising slogan „Ich will so bleiben, wie ich bin, Du darfst, will so bleiben wie ich bin, Du darfst“ („I want to stay the way I am“). If this is your life motto, then I am not the right mentor for you.
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the topics of growth and potential development.
I love it when people live out their full potential. I love it when people shine from within.
„What if there’s even more possible?“—This is the second question I ask myself daily for myself and those around me.
Wisdom.
In school, I couldn’t recite poems or sequences of numbers. Everything that involved mere memorization was a torment for me. Instead, I was always the child who asked many questions and recognized complex connections very early on.
I am an old soul with deep wisdom.
For me, there is no „one truth.“ For me, there are billions of realities and therefore billions of truths.
„How can I change my truth to live out my full potential in this incarnation?“—This wise question, for example, comes from the depths of my soul.
These three values are framed by clarity and love.
Clarity, because I know exactly what I’m doing, making my approach and intentions crystal clear.
Love, because I am convinced that pure love brings infinite healing—for every living being and for our planet.
